Sunshine Santa

Hey everyone. I am sorry I haven't been around lately. My entire family has been battling the flu other bugs over the past couple weeks. It kinda makes it hard to craft. LOL.

Well it's Thursday and that means it is NEW RELEASE DAY over at Meljen's Designs and boy do we have a release for you. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the BRAND NEW Meljen's Shop).

A new release means a NEW CHALLENGE over at Meljen's Designs. This week's challenge is:
No RECTANGLE Cards
(Square, Round or Shaped Cards!)

For my card this week I chose to use Summer Time Santa. I wanted to do something bright and cheery for this fun Santa image. I used a scraps of this great double sided polka-dot paper and I love how well it works. I added some red ribbon to the top and I stamped the Ho, Ho, Ho sentiment directly to the patterned paper. What you (hopefully) can't see is that I actually dropped the stamp when I was done and smeared ink on the card. I was in a state of panic and I (luckily) found these awesome present and flower stickers that perfectly covered up the ink smears. All in all I am pretty happy with my sunny Santa.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT cards. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there

Time for Lizzie's Birthday Party

A few weeks ago my dear friend, Lizzie asked if I would be a part of her weeklong Birthday Bash on Blogger. Well of course I was going to say YES!!! Seriously, she didn't really have to ask. I am so honored to be a part of this and celebrate her birthday.

The amazing Lizzie is letting us take over her blog for 6 whole days and tell the world how much we adore her. That's so easy to do. The best part is that this is a party with PRESENTS!!!. She is holding a giveaway and boy are her prizes AWESOME.

Now I want to share my card I made for her with all of you. Lizzie is an amazing friend and a unique individual. She has such a zeal for life and she is a true gem. I wanted to make a card to represent her as best as I could. I knew that this Wild Sprout - Ebony image by The Greeting Farm was the perfect image to use for Lizzie. I paired it was a cool sentiment freebie from PaperCrafts Magazine. I used this great double sided paper and then for embellishment I cut out some flowers and leaves and popped them up for dimension.

Now I have a special surprise. In addition to Lizzie's great giveaway, I am also giving something away. I put together a baggie with all the supplies I used to make this card. So one lucky person will get a fun card kit.

I want to thank Lizzie for letting me be a part of this and I want to wish her the MOST AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY EVER.

Check back tomorrow to see what the next party guest has to share with you.

For my card this week I chose to work with Stocking Kitten and Stocking Puppy. I am really trying to weed through my scrap stash and I founds these two great papers to use. Getting Sketchy

Hey everyone, how are you all this Friday. I am trying to get back into the swing of things after several weeks of everyone being sick in my home.

I have a fun new card to share today that I made using a brand new Tickled Pink image that I won from Kellie Winnell's blog last week. I am giddy with excitement over how cute she is and how fun it was to work with her.

I figured  her first use should be with the new Tickled  Pink challenge which this time is a sketch. You can find the challenge HERE.

For my card I used Tickled Winter Little Lolita Evie from the new release. I used this amazing textured and glittered paper that I had been hoarding, along with a couple papers from last years DCWV Christmas Stack. I added a Christmas colored ribbon and glitter flower with an epoxy sentiment attatched to the center.

 Challenges:
Totally Gorjuss - Christmas Traditions
Digital Tuesday - Christmas Time
Tuesday Throwdown - Lots of Circles
Fab 'n Funky - Baby its Cold Outside
Tickled Pink - Sketch

A new release means a NEW CHALLENGE over at Meljen's Designs. This week's challenge is:
THANKSGIVING or THANK YOU

For my card this week I chose to work with Thanksgiving Corn Mouse. He was just too cute. I riffled through my paper stash and found this great double sided scrap from We R Memory Keepers. I stamped the Thank You sentiment so that it and the Meljen's image would be the focus. I added some red bling and some pretty gold & red woven ribbon to embellish. One of these days I will get my camera back from Best Buy but until then I will have to continue to take pics with my Blackberry.

Hey Farmer Crow!

Happy Thursday everyone. Guess what, it is NEW RELEASE DAY over at Meljen's Designs. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the BRAND NEW Meljen's Shop).

A new release means a NEW CHALLENGE over at Meljen's Designs. This week's challenge is a COLOR challenge:   RED and GOLD

For my card this week I chose to work with Farmer Crow. I am still without a camera so this is from my cell phone. Here I used some craps of  paper that I had in my bin. The yellow with the scallopped edge is from the Fall DCWV stack from last year and the birdie paper is from my one and only trip to Archivers last summer. Mr. Crow is al colored up with my new Copics and so is the doodling on the edges. I topped the card off with punching some eyelets in the scallops and threading some twine through. Probably one of my fave cards I've made in quite a while.

    It's Mr. Bones

    HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE!!!

I am here to share yet another fabulous Meljen's Designs image with you. This is Mr. Bones. Isn't he great. As soon as I saw him with last week's release I knew that I had to create something with him. Then I saw the current Deconstructed Sketch and then the wheels started cranking in my mind. All the patterned paper here is from the DCWV Fall stack from last year.  I added some glitter spiderweb ribbon and google eyes.

Sorry the pic quality is icky, I had to take this with my cell phone because apparently my camera decided not to like the USB cord.

    Friendship card

Since this morning was late start for Wyatt I thought I would take advantage of  the extra time by making a card. Sorry the pic quality is icky, I had to take this with my cell phone because apparently my camera decided not to like the USB cord.

I was inspired by the colors of the current challenge going on for the I {Heart} Papers 3rd Birthday challenge. The colors are geren, pink and blue, which are the colors of their logo. I used several variations of the colors as you can see. The DP isn't actually DP, it is the front of a store bought birthday card I got this year. I love the print so I decided to repurpose it. I then found some teal cardstock and the green stripe paper (Imaginisce) in my scraps to use. The image is a sentiment freebie from Paper Makeup Stamps. I finished it off by using some teal eyelets, hot pink cording, and layering flowers.

    Challenges:

    I {Heart} Papers - Color Challenge
Catch the Bug - Anything Goes
My Sheri Crafts - Think Pink
Prairie Fairie Fridays - Sugar & Spice ad Everything Nice

    Roger the Reindeer

Hey everyone and Happy Hump Day to you all. I was unfortunately absent from Blogland over the last several days due to some very sick kiddos in my house.

Sadly I had to miss posting this card for it's intended purpose which was the Operation Write Home World Card Making Day Blog Hop. This little guy is Roger the Army Reindeer and was created by Meljen's Designs specifically for this Hop.

Roger was super duper fun to color and use for this card. At first I wasnt to thrilled with the color of his fur so I took an eyeshadow sponge and swiped it across some brown ink and then sponged it lightly along the body of Roger. The result was definately worth the extra effort IMO. I used Core'Dinations cardstock and some Christmas paper from last years DCWV stack. Topped it off with some scrap christmas ribbon I had.

    Alien Invasion

Happy Thursday to you all. I am so ready for the weekend. Fall has finally started to arrive here in my neck of the woods and it sure has made me cold and tired. I really need a nap.

Today I have a card to share with you using Squiggy the Alien from last week's release over at Meljen's Designs. So for this card I had my oldest son, Wyatt help me. He LOVES monsters and aliens. He picked out all the papers and the colors for the image. I suggested the embellies though. Surprisingly enough I got these papers in a pack at the Dollar Tree quite a while back and I really love them.

Now he can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the BRAND NEW Meljen's Shop. You really should go check it out, it is awesome.

Also while your at it, head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's new image release annd the new challenge along with all the fabulous DT cards. I'm a Guest Bar-Tender

**Scroll down for my Card Makin Mamas Post**

So a couple weeks ago I entered a CAS card in the "White" challenge over at Raise the Bar Challenges, imagine my surprise when I made their Top 3. The most amazing par tof it all was that I was invited to be a Guest Bar-Tender for this week's challenge. I about peed my pants I was so excited.

Well the challenge this week is THINGS WITH WINGS.

For my card this week I chose to use a set of images from Tiffany Doodles that I won a while back. I fell in love with this set and am so happy to finally use it. I used some  pre-embossed paper that I got at a garage sale recently along with the floral paper I bought at the CKC several months ago. I popped up the birdies and the sentiment for added dimension. Then I attached the sentiment with eyelets and fine glitter ribbon.

I want to thank the girls at Raise the Bar for allowing me to play along with them this week. I am truly honored to be given the opportunity.

Now what are you waiting head on over to Raise the Bar so you can play along and to see all the DT’s creations!

    Challenges:

Fab 'n Funky - Hard Theme (putting sentiments on front of card)
Southern Girls' Challenge - Anything Goes

    Graveyard Smash

    Happy Friday to you all.

Today marks the halfway point in the Card Makin Mamas Challenge. The challenge was to USE YOUR  PUNCHES.

Well I sure got crafty with the punches and with the images. First off I used 3 Meljen's images, Scaredy Cat, Mummy Bear and Mummy Cat. To create the scene I first used some patterened paper that had a moon on it so I cut it so it would fit right. Then I cut some grass with my punches, and then added the gravestones which are just rectangles that I used my corner rounder punch on. Then I made the fence by using my newest garage sale find, the awesome spade punch. Then I added the images. To top it off I rubbed ink on the gravestones and then outlined them in black pen and wrote funny names. All in all I LOVE this card. I hope you do to.

Now what are you waiting for, head on over to Card Makin Mamas now so you can check out the challenge.

    Challenges:

  • Fab 'n Funky - Hard Theme (creating a scene)

    Meet Fuzzer

Happy Thursday everyone. Guess what, it is NEW RELEASE DAY over at Meljen's Designs. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the BRAND NEW Meljen's Shop).

I have to say that this is probably one of my all time favorite releases from Melissa. The best part is that it all came about because my son was looking for a alien or monster image to use to make a card for his friend's birthday. Next thing I know Melissa whips up this amazing set. My son was so super excited. I even had to print out a few for him to color to keep.

A new release means a NEW CHALLENGE over at Meljen's Designs. This week's challenge is a SKETCH. This sketch was drawn by our very own Melissa F.

For my card this week I chose to work with Fuzzer the Monster and this week's free digi image. At first I was a little scared of the sketch but I think it all turned out great once I decided to use the aliens from the freebie as embellies. I have been hoarding this paper from Cosmo Cricket for quite some time and I felt it just fit this image pretty darned good. I am holding onto  this card for AJ's birthday and so cut the 5 out from another patterned paper so that it reflects the 5th birthday. Now if only I didnt have to wait 7 months to give it to him. LOL.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT cards. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.

  • Prairie Fairie Fridays - Snips & Snails

  • Stamptacular Sunday - Just Sayin'

  • Totally Stampalicious! - Birthday card  for a child

    Sew Fabulous

I am back with another card to share with you today.

My second card for is using two digi stmaps, a Squigglefly sentiment along with the Sewing Machine digi from Meljen's Designs. I have had this fabulous button ribbon  for the longest time and it seemed to work just perfectly with the image and sentiment. I had some blank chipboard accents and so I covered it with some Echo Park paper from the Life is Good collection. The card still felt a little empty so I added a strip of the design paper under the ribbon.

    Challenges:
  • Craft Us Crazy - Autumn Colors

  • Raise the Bar - White

  • Stamp Something - Anything Goes (Final Challenge)

  • Sentimental Sundays - Autumn (I went with the colors)

  • Totally Stampalicious! - Anything Goes
  • Getting Digital (times two)

Hey everyone. I hope you all had an amazing weekend. I know I did. My hubby surprised us with a day trip to the beach on Saturday. It was absolutely beautiful and much cooler than at  home.

I am here to share with you today a very simple, yet fun card I made with digital images.

My card is made using two digital images that I won from Squigglefly Digital Stamps. I just fell in love with the dress and sentiment sets when I was choosing my image wins and I knew that they needed to be used without a lot of frills. The only things I really did to this this card was layer the blue cardstock, color the dress, and draw the margin lines and "x"s with a marker. I am super happy with the way this turned out.

    Challenges:

  • Raise the Bar - White

  • Stamp Something - Anything Goes (Final Challenge)

    GO BEAVS!!

This week's challenge is:

All Things SPORTY! Team colors, sporty papers, sports images

For my card this week I chose to work with Little Football Boy. When I saw this image I got so excited because College Football season is starting and anyone who knows me knows that I am a DIE-HARD Oregon State Beaver fan (much to my Mom's chagrin since she is a Duck fan). I have had this OSU fabric sitting around to make coffee cozies out of but I figured I could snag a couple squares for the card. I layered black and orange cardstock and then attached the fabric squares with black brads. The GO BEAVS was added using rub on letters.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT cards. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.

    BLOG HOP AND RELEASE

Happy Thursday everyone. We have some very exciting news at Meljen's Designs today.

Melissa has decided to open up her own shop for her images. You can find them all at Meljen's Shop, now this store will have digis, pre-colored digis, and freebies. Any Rubber will still be available to purchase here at the Whimsy Shop.

In honor of the new store we are having a BLOG HOP!!! Dont forget to leave a comment on the Design Team blog to be entered into the Blog Hop Prize Drawing.

We are also having a wonderful new challenge today:  No Patterned Paper (only SOLID cardstock).

Here is the order for the HOP!!

For my HOP card today I have used an image that was released back in May called Message in a Bottle. I wanted to showcase an older image because I feel sometimes its eaasy to over look some great images when the new ones come out. I really love how versitile this image could be. I did follow this week's challenge by using only cardstock, although I did use an embossed one for texture. As always I kept the card simple, however I did use the embossed cardstock and I added  some black dew drops. I topped it off by attaching the sentiment with a mini clothespin.

Now that you have seen what I have to share with you, please head on over to Katja's blog and see what she has to share.  Be sure to leave her some love and tell her what you loved about her creation.

When you are all done with the HOP and you make it to the Meljen's Designs DT blog, check out this week's challenge. FYI, the challenge also gives you a chance to win free images. Don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.
    My Challenges Entered:

Prairie Fairie Fridays - Inspired by a Book (Message in a Bottle by Nicholas Sparks)

    My First

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone. I missed yesterday's post and I am so sorry, but that means a NEW CHALLENGE was issued yesterday over at Meljen's Designs. (No new release this week)

This week's challenge is:  BLAST FROM THE PAST
Show us the very first card you ever made using a Meljen's Designs image!

I remember getting the email from my friend, Dee asking if I could be the Guest Designer for August 2010 and of course I had to say YES. The only hitch was that I was in the midst of a cross country road trip vacation with the family. Once we got to the in-laws house in Indiana I made my Mother-in-Law take me to the nearest Archivers (I had never been to one) and I bought all this fun stuff for the card. Although I was limited in most supplies I still had a blast making this and I love the way it turned out.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT "First" cards. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.

    Free to be ME

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone. I missed yesterday's post and I am so sorry, but that means yesterday was NEW RELEASE DAY over at Meljen's Designs. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the Whimsy Stamps shop).

How cute is this release. As always, with the new release comes a new CHALLENGE. Yay. This week's challenge is:
    Sparkles, Shine and Glitter!!
For my card I chose to use Little Goth Girl. Isn't she too cute? I paired her with a Raindrop Echo freebie sentiment I got a long time ago. I  have had this black and red glitter paper for a while now and I knew I really wanted to use it for this card. I found this paper by American Crafts sitting on my shelf of new stuff and I had a lightbulb aha moment. The whole thing came together so easily. I went over alot  of stuff with my glitter pens and I added some bling too. I felt it was lacking in embellies so I added the red ribbon. As most of you know I like to keep my cards super simple and I am so glad I did with this one. It really makes the image stand out.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT examples using the new images. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.

    Challenges:
  • My Time to Craft - G is for Goth Girl

  • Fab 'n Funky - A Stitch in Time (I used stitched ribbon and did faux stitching)

  • Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes

Hey there and Happy Friday to you all. I have a quick card to share with you today. I have had this image colored for the longest time but this morning I actually decided to do something with it.

Both images I used here are FREEBIES from Meljen's Designs and can be found on the Freebie page of the blog. I have also had these papers for quite a while and I was very happy that I could finally get to use them. I kept the card simple and used last weeks Deconstructed Sketch (I really like it). For aa finishing touch I added the bakers twine and the rubber dog bone charm.

  • Corrosive Challenge - Earth Tones

  • Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes

  • Cute Card Thursday - Clean & Simple

  • Stamp Something - Dog Days of Summer

    Vintage Birthday

Hey everyone. I hope you are all having a great week so far. I have a new card I want to share with you. I made it for the current challenge over at the Card Makin Mamas Challenge Blog. The current challenge is HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Our lovely sponsor is Tickled Pink Stamps and they were kind enough to give us images to work with for the challenge. I chose Lil Victorian Steampunk Lolita Lylah to work with. Isn't she awesome. I wanted to go vintage with her so I chose two complimenting papers with the same design in very light colors. I used this week's Deconstructed Sketch because it allowed me to incorporate more vintage elements such as the lace, the pearl brad and the Happy Birthday tickets. I am more than thrilled with the outcome of this. I think I may hold onto it until my Grandma's birthday.

    Challenges:
  • The Deconstructed Sketch - Sketch

  • Tuesday Throwdown - Birthday

    Back to School?? Already??

Good day to you all, its Thursday again and that means it's means NEW RELEASE DAY over at Meljen's Designs. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the Whimsy Stamps shop).

As always, with the new release comes a new CHALLENGE. Yay. This week's challenge is:

    BACK TO SCHOOL
For my card  today I chose to use two images and layer them, Checkered Apple Frame and Desktop Mouse. I love how easy it was to put the one  image inside the other. I bought this double sided paer at the CKC in Portland a while back and it really worked perfectly with this image. I added a ribbon threaded through a button for embellishment and I handwrote the ABC on the paper. I think I will give this to Wyatt's teacher at Back to School night.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT examples using the new images. FYI, the challenge gives you a chance to win free images. Also don't forget to grab this week's FREEBIE while you are there.

    Enlighten Me!

Hey everyone. How is your week going so far? I am here today to share this week's FREEBIE image with you from Meljen's Designs. It is the cutest little lamp you ever did see.

When I saw this image this paper immediately sprang to mind. It has been sitting on a shelf just begging to be used. I used the Deconstructed Sketch this week for  the layout. I love this sketch. I needed embellies to complete the sketch but I didnt think that normal embellies would work with this busy paper so I cut out a few circles from the DP and added those as  my embellishments. I am super happy with the way it turned out.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can grab this week's FREEBIE. Also don't forget to check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT examples using the new images.

    Soul Mates

Hey everyone Happy Hump Day. Yesterday was my parent's 36th Wedding Anniversary and so I thought I would share the card I made for them.

I have had  this wonderful Paper Makeup Stamps sentiment for a long time now (I got it on a Freebie Friday), and I knew it would be just right for my parents. I recently got this double sided paper from American Crafts and I have been dying to use it. I thought the elegance of paper would go well with the sentiment. I added a few brads to pin down the corners.

    Challenges:
Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes
    Stamp Something - Something Embellished
Sentimental Sundays - Focus on the Sentiment
    Totally Stampalicious! - Anything Goes
Fab 'n Funky - Clash of the Colors (green/purple)

    2 Cards for 2 Challenges

Hey everyone and Happy Friday to you all. I didnt get a chance to post my Meljen's Designs card for you yesterday due to unforseen circumstances, so I am doing that now. There was no new image release this  week because Melissa took a much needed week off to spend time with her family. That meant that us DT members got to  play with whatever images we wanted from the line of stamps.

The challenge this week is a recipe: 1 bow, 3 brads, and a circle.

For my card I chose to work with Pinky Flamingo and keep her nice and clean. I colored her with Copics and paired her with plain and metallic Core'dinations cardstock. Since I wanted to keep it simple I chose to emboss the white panel with Swiss Dots. I added some bling brads, the accent ribbon through the eyelets, tied a bow around her neck and layered some great paper flowers for my circle.

    Challenges:
  • Stamptacular Sunday - Animal Antics

  • Creative Card Crew - Animal Antics

  • Tuesday Throwdown - Something Metallic

  • Fab 'n Funky - Animal Magic

  • Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes

  • Stamp Something - Something Embellished

This week's challenge is being sponsored by Karbers Digital Images and the challenge is FOOD & DRINK. The winner will get 2 digital stamps of their choice.

Karber's Digital Images was so nice to us by giving us all an image to use this week and I used Cupcake Denny on my card today. She was so fun to color up. I paired her with some great double sided paper I got a Michaels on clearance a while back. Then I added the cupcake ribbon for embellishment.

    A Bear Butt

Hey everyone I hope you all are having a good week. I thought I would share a new creation with you.

I made this card using "Bear Butt" from Meljen's Designs. I fell in love with this special release image and couldn't wait to use him. My husband has a buddy who is having a birthday soon so I made this for him. I used some new papers from October Afternoon. Aren't they great. I then added the twine and wooden knot tag. I used a yellow leaf and pinecone rub-on to dress up the tag.

    Challenges:
Southern Girls Challenge - Birthday (for my husband's friend)
Stamping 4 the Weekend - Wings & Things (bumblebee on the image)
Stamp Something - Bugs or Butterflies (Bumblebee)

    Margaritas Anyone?

Hey ladies it's Friday again and do you know what that means? It meant that there is another challenge over at the Card Makin Mamas Challenge Blog.

This week's challenge is being sponsored by Some Odd Girl and the challenge is SUMMERTIME. The winner will get 3 digital stamps of their choice.

For my card this week I used some Unity Stamps that I received as a prize from my friend Carisa's blog. I have been staring at these stamps lately thinking about how I could use them. The other night I had a dream and I was crafting with friends and in my dream my card looked some what like how this turned out. I kept it super simple and stamped the images directly to the card. Then I colored the image and the outline with Copics. I topped it off with some yellow and green metallic cording which I tied through the polka dot cardboard buttons.

Now what are you waiting for, head on over to Card Makin Mamas now so you can check out the challenge.

As always, with the new release comes a new CHALLENGE. Yay. This week's challenge is:
    No More Than 2 Layers!

For my card  today I chose to use "Cheer Girl" from the new release. I was really struggling with the layer challenge but I knew I wanted to do a window look to the card. So I took this awesome paper from The Greeting Farm and used my Nesties to cut the window. Then I used another set of nesties to create the frame out of some Core'dinations cardstock. I then added this great ribbon that is pink on one side and dark brown on the other, which I knotted and then topped off with a brown button.

Now head on over to the Meljen's Designs DT blog so that you can check out this week's challenge along with all the fabulous DT examples using the new images. American Eagle

Hey everyone. I hope you all are having a fabulous Wednesday.

I have a patriotic card to share with you today using the "American Eagle" image that was recently released by Meljen's Designs. I wanted to  keep the card as simple as I could so all I did was layer red, white and blue cardstock, add a few brads and the star ribbon. It came out better than my original plan.

    Thanks for stopping by today.

    Patriotic Angel

Hey ladies it's Friday again and do you know what that means? It meant that there is another challenge over at the Card Makin Mamas Challenge Blog.

This week's challenge is being sponsored by Robyn's Fetish Digital Products and the challenge is a color one: RED, WHITE, AND BLUE. The winner will get 5 digital stamps or 4 digital stamps and 1 digital paper set of their choice.

For my card this week I used Christie Angel. Isn't she cute? I was trying to find some papers that I liked and found three  that worked well together, although the swirly background one is actually a Christmas paper. I added some red & white and blue & white bakers twine for texture. Also I found these epoxy buttons in my stash and thought they would be the perfect embellies to top the card off.

Now what are you waiting for, head on over to Card Makin Mamas now so you can check out the challenge.
