A new release means a NEW CHALLENGE over at Meljen's Designs. This week's challenge is:
All Things SPORTY! Team colors, sporty papers, sports images
For my card this week I chose to work with Little Football Boy. When I saw this image I got so excited because College Football season is starting and anyone who knows me knows that I am a DIE-HARD Oregon State Beaver fan (much to my Mom's chagrin since she is a Duck fan). I have had this OSU fabric sitting around to make coffee cozies out of but I figured I could snag a couple squares for the card. I layered black and orange cardstock and then attached the fabric squares with black brads. The GO BEAVS was added using rub on letters.

Woot Woot! Go Beavers!!! I was born a duck, became a platypus (moved to beaver territory), now I guess I'm a sea horse?? Bronco territory now! LOL Tough call when any of them play each other!

Hey Jessica! I was crusin thru the thumbnails at the Stamp Something blog & the colors grabbed my eyes right away... Go Beav's indead! It's tough to be a beav fan when you are surrounded by quacking Ducks But we've got to do it hu?! Love the card!
