New Release, New DT and BLOG HOP

Holy cow there  is alot going on today at Meljen's Designs, we have a new release, 3 fabulous new designers and a super fun Blog Hop to celebrate.

First off let's start out by announcing and welcoming the three fabulous new designers, Candace, Darsie and Robbie. These three are super talented and I am so excited to be working with them and seeing what I can learn from them as well.

We have a fabulous new Valentine's release to share with you today. Check out these fabulous images (which can be purchased along with the rest of Meljen's fabulous images, at the the Whimsy Stamps shop).

As always, with the new release comes a new CHALLENGE. Yay. This week's challenge is FUN FOLDS! So let's see those easel, z fold, and any other fancy fold card you can think of. Now in honor of all the excitement going on over at Meljen's Designs, we have decided to have us a little BLOG HOP.

This BLOG HOP PARTY starts Feb. 3rd 8am EST and ends on Feb. 8th  at 8pm EST. The hop will feature all returning and new designers. ONE GRAND PRIZE of four images of the winner's choice will be given on the main blog on Feb. 9th at 10AM EST, but you have to comment on all the Design Team's blogs during the HOP and leave some love on each HOP STOP to be eligible for the GRAND PRIZE!

In addition to the Grand Prize, every DT member is giving away the image they used on their blog hop card. HOORAY. Isn't that great. So that means I will be giving away the awesome "Love Sprouts" image as seen in my card below. I will randomly pick a winner from your comments that I receive on this blog hop post and I will announce the winner the morning of February 9th.

For my card today, I went with a Gate Fold card using the "Love Sprouts" image from today's release. I have been trying to use up my stash of printed paper before I go buy anymore, so among the wreckage I found this gorgeous double sided Valentine paper. I knew it would match the image perfectly. I clasped it shut using a heart brad and pink anchor. I added some embossed flowers and a heart button to top it off.
