2 Cards for 2 Challenges

Hey everyone and Happy Friday to you all. I didnt get a chance to post my Meljen's Designs card for you yesterday due to unforseen circumstances, so I am doing that now. There was no new image release this  week because Melissa took a much needed week off to spend time with her family. That meant that us DT members got to  play with whatever images we wanted from the line of stamps.

The challenge this week is a recipe: 1 bow, 3 brads, and a circle.

For my card I chose to work with Pinky Flamingo and keep her nice and clean. I colored her with Copics and paired her with plain and metallic Core'dinations cardstock. Since I wanted to keep it simple I chose to emboss the white panel with Swiss Dots. I added some bling brads, the accent ribbon through the eyelets, tied a bow around her neck and layered some great paper flowers for my circle.

Challenges:
  • Stamptacular Sunday - Animal Antics

  • Creative Card Crew - Animal Antics

  • Tuesday Throwdown - Something Metallic

  • Fab 'n Funky - Animal Magic

  • Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes

  • Stamp Something - Something Embellished

  • Being that it's Friday, that means there is another challenge over at the Card Makin Mamas Challenge Blog.

This week's challenge is being sponsored by Karbers Digital Images and the challenge is FOOD & DRINK. The winner will get 2 digital stamps of their choice.

Karber's Digital Images was so nice to us by giving us all an image to use this week and I used Cupcake Denny on my card today. She was so fun to color up. I paired her with some great double sided paper I got a Michaels on clearance a while back. Then I added the cupcake ribbon for embellishment.

Now what are you waiting for, head on over to Card Makin Mamas now so you can check out the challenge.

    Challenges:

Cute cards! The flamingo really pops against the white.
