If the Shoe Fits Scrap it Blog sketch challenge

OK so one of the If The Shoe Fits Scrap It blog (http://iftheshoefitsscrapit.blogspot.com/) challenges this week is a sketch challenge put up by Kristi. This one came to me pretty easily. I also combined this with the another blog challenge where we were to do a LO about an important woman in our life in honor of National Women's Month.

Shout Out To SheetLoad

Ok so I am shouting out to Sheetload of Cards. If you haven't checked them out then you are so missign out. This blog is awesome and I get some great ideas and inspiration from them. Better yet they have a monthly e-zine (http://sheetload.blogspot.com/2009/03/march-2009-sheetload-of-cards.html) that you can download and print. I keep mine on hand at all times when I am making cards.

Kazan's sketch #21 at 2 Sketches 4 You

So I finally was brave enough to tackle a card sketch from 2 Sketches 4 You. The link to the challenge is http://2sketches4you.blogspot.com/2009/03/kazans-sketch-21.html. You have until 03/07 so hurry now.

I am very pleased with the way it turned out, although it not nearly as fancy as the other entries are. The Bella I got in an RAK, aren't they so cute. The papers are all from the Summer 2008 DCVW Stack.

My New Bellas

Ohhh so I got 3 new Bellas, chefabella, cakeabella, and prezzibella, I also got a birthday quote. I am so exited to work with them. I think I'm going to do some cards this weekend and try them out. I will post them next week. In the meantime some of my super sweet scrappy friends have sent me some Bella images to play with.

Now I have to make out my list of ones to save up for. There are so many cute ones right now. I love predictabella. She might be the next one, of course I would love to have some of the fellas also.
